Policy reminder: We understand that life happens, but as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact us. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel within the 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) fee you had booked. Failure to appear for your appointment will result in being charged 90% of the service(s) fee you had booked. Why do we do this? We are a service based business, we only get paid for the services rendered. When you have an appointment scheduled, that is the time we have blocked off for you and no one else is able to schedule with us within that time period. When you do not give us the 24 hours of notice of cancellation or rescheduling, we will lose the opportunity to earn an income. I allow a grace period of up to 10-minutes from the start of your appointment time. You must call if you know you will be coming in past the grace period. If you arrive after the 10 minutes provided, we will determine the rescheduling and you will be charged the applicable no-show fee. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
